The first generation lays the foundation.
Milan’s grandfather started a construction company, tying the family story to craftsmanship, building sites and responsibility for completed work.

The second generation builds its own company.
Milan’s father established his own construction firm in Pazin and developed it into a serious organisation shaped by real projects and real deadlines.

The third generation raises the standard.
Civil engineer Milan Maronić continues the family tradition, building Tecton Grupa into a respected company for serious construction projects in Istria.

Tecton Grupa combines site experience with an engineer’s way of thinking. First we understand the documentation, existing conditions, logistics, scope and decisions that affect the next phase. Only then can delivery be organised, measurable and communicated honestly.
The aim is not to become just another contractor. It is to build a company that can be trusted with a serious project without the client losing control.

We describe each change, connect it to cost and programme and, whenever possible, approve it before execution.
