01Can every old stone house be fully restored?+
Not automatically. The wall condition, foundations, geometry, access and planning constraints must be reviewed before deciding whether restoration is technically and economically reasonable.
02Should all old plaster be removed?+
That decision depends on adhesion, salts, moisture, desired finish and the wall build-up. Removing everything by default can create unnecessary work; keeping damaged layers can create larger defects.
03Can modern comfort be added without losing character?+
Yes. The key is to coordinate installations, insulation, moisture behaviour and visible details from the start instead of forcing them into the building at the end.
04Do you execute traditional stone details?+
Our completed reference includes interior and exterior pointing, stone surrounds, stairs and window sills as part of a complete reconstruction.
