01Can all finishing works be contracted with one company?+
Yes, depending on scope, timing and the condition of preceding phases. A coordinated package provides clearer responsibility for sequencing and junctions between trades.
02Do you offer labour only or labour and materials?+
Both models are possible. With materials included, the specified systems and quality level form part of the proposal. Under labour-only terms, the investor accepts the agreed procurement and delivery responsibilities.
03How are plastering, painting or tiling prices determined?+
Unit rates depend on substrate condition, height, access, tile format, detail density, protection and total quantity. Reliable pricing requires measurements and a substrate review.
04Can you take over poorly prepared work from another contractor?+
We can inspect it and propose corrective work. Necessary repairs must be identified separately from the base finishing price.
