Tecton is a contractor and delivery partner for house construction, structural work and complete renovations in Istria. Before work starts, we separate what we deliver, what we coordinate and what the client must approve.

What the client actually receives
We do not claim that one company physically performs every trade. We organise the contracted scope so that roles, sequencing and decisions remain visible.
Defined scope
The quotation and contract distinguish included work, exclusions, assumptions and client responsibilities.
Documented changes
Scope changes should not remain verbal. They are recorded before delivery together with their cost and programme effect.
Evidence through projects
We publish real projects, original photographs and only the scope Tecton can confirm.

Who takes responsibility for what
Delivered directly by Tecton
Structural work and the contracted drywall, tiling, painting, flooring and other finishing construction works.
Coordinated through specialist subcontractors
Excavation, electrical and plumbing work, pool systems, machine plastering and screeds when included in the contracted scope.
Project core
A civil engineer, project manager and director connect technical decisions, organisation and commercial responsibility. Specific roles are confirmed for each project.
