Indicative estimate

The calculator result is not a quotation, contractual bill of quantities, guarantee of the final price or construction contract. The official price is established in a separate Tecton Grupa quotation after professional review of the documents, scope and site conditions.

Documentation

Automated processing requires the main architectural/structural project package or detailed design together with a bill of quantities. The documents must identify the investor. A bill of quantities alone is insufficient.

Scope

The basic STRUCTURAL SHELL package includes the roof. Additional works are included only if selected by the user and if the necessary quantities and verified internal prices are available.

Unclear information

If documentation, quantities or prices are not sufficiently reliable, a result will not be shown automatically and the request may be referred for manual review.

Misuse

Automated, bulk or intentionally repeated use of the calculator to reconstruct the internal price book or overload the system is prohibited.
