TECTON GRUPA / How we work

How we work

From the first conversation to handover: nine steps for a clearly defined and organised construction project in Istria.

Let's discuss your plans
  1. Understanding your project

We discuss the location, property, goals and priorities. If you do not yet have drawings, we identify the next step.

  2. Document review

We review available drawings and the bill of quantities, highlighting questions that affect execution and pricing.

  3. Scope definition

We distinguish included and excluded works, client responsibilities and specialist subcontractor packages.

  4. Quotation

The quotation is based on documents, quantities and site conditions, with assumptions and open items stated clearly.

  5. Contract

We agree scope, measurement, payment, programme and change procedures. The contract defines the final obligations.

  6. Site organisation

We coordinate access, sequencing, procurement and the arrival of the contracted trades.

  7. Construction

We carry out structural and finishing works and coordinate the agreed specialist stages.

  8. Control and reporting

We track progress, outstanding decisions and scope changes. Reporting format and frequency are agreed for each project.

  9. Handover

We inspect the contracted work, record any outstanding items and agree how they will be closed.

TECTON / RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility changes by phase — so we separate it before work starts.

The client should know what Tecton delivers directly, what is coordinated through specialists and who leads project decisions.

01

TECTON DELIVERS

Structural work and the contracted drywall, tiling, painting, flooring and other finishing construction works.

02

TECTON COORDINATES

Excavation, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, machine plastering and screeds through specialist subcontractors when included in the contract.

03

PROJECT LEADERSHIP

A named contact connects the client, project lead, engineering decisions and contracted trades. Roles are confirmed for each project.

A location and a short description are enough for an initial conversation. You do not need completed drawings to contact us.
